SEAWATER DESALINATION PLANT
- Design and build of a seawater desalination plant to supply potable water by utilizing seawater as the source.
- The system utilizes chemical clarification by coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation. Salt from the seawater is removed through Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) processes. To ensure the potability of the water to consumers, chemical disinfection is done prior to distribution.
APPLICATION
- Centralized municipal water treatment facilities for bulk water supplies of cities and municipalities with low to no freshwater sources but with accessible seawater source.
